Space Actions

From the dashboard click any space you want to operate on.

Once inside a space, hover the cursor over the 3 dots.
Activity Log
Section titled “Activity Log”This shows all the activities in the selected space.
You can select the activities based on the time and also download the logs.
Issue all credentials
Section titled “Issue all credentials”If your space has more records than a single page can showcase, and you want to anchor them all together on the block-chain, use this option.
Summary Download
Section titled “Summary Download”Download the CSV (Spreadsheet, Excel) file of all the record details belonging to the space.
Bulk Download
Section titled “Bulk Download”You can download all the active records inside the space in different formats. Once you select a format, you will receive the link to the file in your registered email.

Bulk #MARK Download
Section titled “Bulk #MARK Download”If you want to download the #MARKS of all the records, you can use this option. You have the choice to download the #MARKS in PNG or SVG format.
After making your selection, a link to the .zip file containing the #MARKS in the chosen format gets sent to your registered email.
Refresh Presentation
Section titled “Refresh Presentation”The Refresh Presentation updates or reloads the records.
Upload Multiple Images
Section titled “Upload Multiple Images”This option will be visible only for schemas with image field. By selecting this option you can upload images for all the records in the space.
Note: You have to specify the specific record name for the images to upload them.
Attach images to record
Section titled “Attach images to record”To upload images to the specific records, after utilizing the Upload Multiple Image option, you need to click the Attach Images to Record option.
