Activity Log

This tab has analytics of the scan and view activity on this particular record.

logs displayed in graph form and also detail (tabular) form where one would get to see publicly available information about where the requests came from.

History

Useful for internal audit, this tab captures modifications made to the record.

Premium option

If you take the paid subscription, you can see the changes in the content too, along with information about who changed it.
