Workspace Features

Workspace Features in our Designer provide a variety of tools and functionalities for efficient template design. Explore these features to enhance your design workflow:

  1. Drag and Drop Images: Easily import and organize image files, such as JPEG, PNG, and SVG formats, by simply dragging and dropping them onto the canvas.

  2. Edit Image Properties: Modify various properties of images, including size, position, rotation, opacity, and more, to customize their appearance within your design.

  3. Copy and Paste Images: Seamlessly copy images from your system clipboard and paste them directly into your design, allowing for quick and convenient image insertion.

  4. Edit Hashmark Patterns and Colors: Customize the hashmark patterns and colors to add style. Tailor them to your specific requirements and preferences.

  5. Move Hashmark Between Pages: Easily relocate hashmarks between different pages to align with your desired design layout, making multi-page function more interactive.

  6. Double Click to Fine-Tune Template Size: Double-click on the canvas size located in the top-left corner to access a precise measurement adjustment feature, allowing you to fine-tune the dimensions of your template for optimal design accuracy.

  7. Change Text Properties with Group Selection: Select multiple text boxes, images, or shapes simultaneously and modify their properties, such as font, size, color, alignment, and more, to maintain consistency and efficiency in your design workflow.

  8. Copy Element Layouts Between Pages: Copy the layout and arrangement of elements, including text boxes, images, shapes, and more, from one page to another with a simple copy-paste action, saving you time and effort.

  9. Feature-Rich Keybindings: Perform various changes and tasks efficiently using a wide range of feature-rich keybindings. With pre-assigned keyboard shortcuts to frequently used actions, providing a streamlined and personalized design experience.

  10. Smart Page Recognition: Detects the suitable page type for the template size chosen or the background image selected. Displays the size during selection of a background while creating a new template and on the top-left corner in designer.
